At Basik, we want you to love your products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible.

To start a return, contact us at support@basikbody.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on used or opened skincare products.
